Tumor vs. cyst

Me

I seem to have all elimination functions properly working again, yay. Lost 4 pounds overnight, all clearly water, and I’m feeling much better. I’m going to be way more careful with minerals.

There really is a FB group for everything. I found one for pineal cysts and tumors, and though no one knows what the hell mine actually is, it is located right next to the pineal gland, so finding surgeons who are willing to work in that area is a current goal.

Here’s one I found today: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7UROm5GJxY

I’m going to compile a list, and after I have my next MRI (still waiting for the referral) I’m going to send them to whoever I think might take a shot at it.

Another one — though I heard he has lost his license for some reason.

A cyst sounds better than a tumor — but does it make a difference? Who knows. Though a cyst might be able to grow differently than a tumor? What if keto doesn’t help a keep a cyst from growing like it would a tumor? I need someone to ask these questions.

I think I’m going to start another list — doctors who might be able to help, and then after this next MRI, start sending it to them, see what help I can dig up.

I know that I don’t actually have a pineal tumor because supposedly there is definition between the gland and the mass. But doctors who do surgery in this area are very rare. You’ve got the two main arteries in the brain touching the mass, and the brain stem is on the other side.

I’ve got to get off google for the day.

(Movies I’ve seen and want to document: Whiskey Tango Foxtrot with Tina Fey was great. The Shawshank Redemption last night, also great.)

Ugh. Got so sick to my stomach that I threw up everything I’ve eaten today, got the runs (maybe the magnesium?) and slept 3 hours. Not exactly what I had on the agenda today.
